Enjoy responsibly in a welcoming, laid-back environment. Happy Hour: Free Liquor (2 PM – 4 PM) Kick off the festival with free liquor, sponsored by Kheemerfest! From 2 PM to 4 PM, we’re treating early arrivals to complimentary drinks—so don’t be late! Support Black-Owned Businesses Our vendor area will feature over 10 Black-owned businesses offering food, drinks, merch, and more. Come hungry and ready to shop! Safety & Security Kheemerfest is hosted in a secure, fenced-in area, with off-duty police officers on-site all night to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
